第2回アジアパシフィック Shoulder & Elbow シンポジウム

Course Description

Recently, many Japanese professional baseball players are playing for Major League Baseball. However, they tend to suffer shoulder or elbow injuries during the first or second years after the transfer. Many Japanese medical personnel are wondering why they have such injuries despite their excellent performance right before the transfer. Therefore, in order to answer these questions and prevent further injuries, we plan to hold Japan-US Baseball Sports Medicine Meeting to discuss about the cause, treatment, and prevention of baseball related injuries, inviting prominent Major League physicians and trainers from US and leading physicians and trainers from NPB. In this 2-day course, participants can understand differences in approach in medical care. Also, we believe this course help participants seek the best care for baseball players.
