Receipt and Certificate of Participation
Once the payment is successfully done, you can download the receipt and certificate of participation on your portal. Please login again from here.

Visas
Participants from outside Japan may need to apply for visa at the Japanese Embassy, consulate or other visa-issuing office in their country of origin. Please check if you require one or not at Japanese MOFA website.
For visa purposes, a letter from the conference organizers will be obtained only upon the completion of registration and payment.
Please indicate your request at the registration form and then, you will be soon contacted by the Secretariat.
