Outline of presentation method and preparations

Dear EBV2020 Participants:

Symposium period

Onsite (Live attendance) July 29 (Thu), 30 (Fri), 2021
Online (Virtual attendance) Live streaming: July 29 (Thu), 30 (Fri), 2021
On-demand online streaming: August 2 (Mon) to 15 (Sun)

The conference is based on a face-to-face live attendance, however, online participation from a remote location is also possible. Please refer to the following regarding the operation and preparation of the symposium on the day of participation. Thank you for your cooperation.

Upload slides with audio as mp4 video files as presentation data.

<On the day of Symposium>
【Onsite speakers】
May select whether to show the presentation data submitted in advance or to replace the new presentation data.

【Remote speakers】
Pre-submitted presentation data will be projected at the venue.

【Other speakers】
Pre-submitted presentation data will be uploaded on website.

<After Symposium>
Pre-submitted presentation data will be continuously showed on the website of on-demand online streaming.
